Getting even more pink .. the kitchen is filling with the enticing aroma of shrimp and garlic.
Yum yum. Don't these look just absolutely delicious?!
As you can see they're done - the shells are pink and the translucent meat has just turned white. They're perfect. Any longer and they're going to turn into little lumps of hard rubbery substance not fit for human consumption.
Now I'm going to gently slide them over onto absorbent kitchen paper
....
